What happens during and after the free discovery call?
In this call, we’ll talk about your personal goals and evaluate whether we’re a good fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward, the next step will be to make the payment or transfer to secure your spot.
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive immediate access to my other digital products, and we’ll schedule the day and time for your first session.
What is the structure of the sessions?
Each session lasts approximately one hour, although we may extend a bit longer if needed.
In each meeting, we’ll choose together the topic you’d like to focus on and work on practical tools and methods that bring you closer to your goals.
You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp chat, where you can message me anytime if you have questions or need support between sessions.
How are the sessions scheduled?
The program includes 6 sessions, which I usually recommend completing over a three-month period, although we can adapt this to your schedule and personal rhythm.
It’s important to reserve your date and time at least one or two weeks in advance to secure your spot.
Are the sessions online or in person?
If you live in Berlin and prefer to work in person, we can meet face-to-face.
For clients outside of Berlin, sessions are held online via Google Meet or WhatsApp — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Can I choose the topic I want to focus on during the session?
Yes, absolutely. You’re free to choose what you’d like to explore or go deeper into in each session.
Do you only coach women?
No — my program is fully personalized and adapts to each individual, regardless of gender.
