MY METHOD

My Coaching Philosophy

Growing up in Colombia meant always being able to eat natural, whole foods.
Processed foods were hard to come by, and I would only eat them on rare occasions. Healthy food was considered the norm, not a diet or a lifestyle choice.

After arriving in England, I was surprised to discover that this balance was inverted. Highly processed, calorie-dense, sugary foods and drinks filled the shelves everywhere I went, making it much harder to avoid temptations. It became difficult to navigate between good and bad ways to nurture your body and mind. Coupled with a stressful lifestyle and a tendency to eat takeaway meals, the London style of eating slowly deteriorated my physical and mental health. Luckily, I found a way to restore and maintain my health, as well as improve my overall well-being—to a point where I can honestly say that I have never felt better. If you are willing to put in the work, I can promise you the same results.

My approach is to guide, support, and educate you so that you can take control of your life and make informed, wise decisions on your own—without needing me. I fully engage with your story and current situation—listening, learning, and analyzing your strengths and weaknesses to identify where you need the most help and guidance. The goal is to help you adopt a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Helping you reach your goals is not the finish line. Losing or gaining “X” amount of kilos before a given date is not where my coaching ends. I want to guide you toward a long life of balance, health, peace of mind, and happiness.

Instead of giving you the next quick-fix solution, you can achieve better and longer-lasting results by implementing small habit changes and incremental improvements.

A personalized journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build sustainable habits, and create balance in your daily life. Together, we’ll focus on clarity, self-awareness, and long-term transformation — not quick fixes.

Changing your eating habits is a process, not a quick fix. Everyone moves at their own pace—some people need more time and support, others less. My coaching sessions are held online or in person if you live in Berlin and include between-session support via WhatsApp, along with recipes, and guides,

About me

I was born and raised in the countryside of Colombia and have always felt the drive to explore, travel, grow, and challenge myself.As a teenager, I became fascinated with England, and the first thing I did after graduating from high school was join an international exchange program in Cambridge.
After studying, I decided to start a new adventure in London — to further improve my English and dive into big city life. After four years of living in London, I had gained weight, developed sleeping problems and stress — all of which made me depend on stimulants like coffee and sugar to get through the day.


During the weekends, I relied on alcohol and cigarettes to find relaxation and downtime. As a consequence, I felt my mental and physical health decline; all the small mistakes in my lifestyle choices added up to a crisis, and I decided to take a big break from it all. Returning to the mountains of my home country allowed me to reset and find the inner peace I had lost during the typical London lifestyle.
Living a more holistic life in Colombia helped me reconnect with nature, find myself again, and regain my balance. During that time, I learned to truly appreciate the importance of a healthy body and mind — realizing that one cannot exist without the other. With new clarity and a fresh mindset, I returned to London to study nutrition and complete my education as a personal trainer.
I decided to dedicate my life to helping others overcome their physical and mental health challenges.

Over the last five years, I have combined my professional qualifications, personal experiences, and past struggles to develop my own unique approach.
It allows me to guide my clients in making better lifestyle choices and empower them with the knowledge they need to take back control of their own lives.

Working with Luna came at a moment when I was stuck in patterns I didn’t realise were holding me back. She helped me break a long-standing sabotaging mindset around money and reminded me on a deeper, almost forgotten level that every person has a purpose. When you come from a place where you feel marginalised, it’s hard to see that clearly. Luna gave me the push I needed when I was at my lowest, helped me recognise my own value, and guided me back into alignment with my potential. Because of that, I’ve been able to show up for others in ways I never imagined. Her work doesn’t feel like coaching - it feels like someone helping you remember who you actually are. Her approach seems slightly different and I think it's because she came from hard and humble beginnings. Highly recommended.
